Bridging the Gap in Astronomy Education – IAU Office for Astronomy Outreach

Since September 2018, I have served as the National Outreach Coordinator for the IAU Office for Astronomy Outreach. In this role, I coordinate national outreach programs aimed at making astronomy accessible and engaging for the public. These programs involve organizing educational events, workshops, and public lectures that bring the wonders of the universe closer to people of all ages. Through these efforts, we aim to inspire curiosity, foster a love for science, and encourage the next generation of astronomers. Our outreach initiatives are designed to bridge the gap between the scientific community and the public, making astronomy an inclusive and exciting field for everyone.
