Leading the Charge in Innovation – NASA International Space Apps Challenge

As the Local Lead for the NASA International Space Apps Challenge since May 2020, I have been at the forefront of coordinating local efforts in this global initiative. The Space Apps Challenge is a worldwide hackathon that brings together enthusiasts, professionals, and students to solve real-world problems using NASA’s open data. My role involves organizing events, facilitating teamwork, and ensuring participants have the resources and support they need to innovate and create impactful solutions. This experience has been incredibly rewarding, fostering a spirit of collaboration and creativity within our local community.
